Kettle River Campground is very nice. The reason I rated our experience as only good is: We had trouble with a person that was in our site #6 using her phone. We told her that we had the site #6 reserved and the RV is here. Those were our exact words. She left in her gray Chev Avalanche. About 20 minutes later her husband drove up and charged into our camp site accusing us of being rude to his wife and disrespectful. We tried to explain but he was very nasty and wouldn't listen. He told us that he lived near by and that he runs people out of the camp ground all the time and he was going to run us out also and you'll see. We found where he lives just down from the junk store that is at the entrance to the park. 3rd house down on the left side is where the gray Chev Avalanche is parked in front of their house with several junk cars on the property. Also, other local people park their vehicles in the camp sites to walk their dogs or do other things. leaving their vehicles unoccupied when campers show up and can't set up camp until the people get back from whatever they do. We have a dog and keep it on a rope or leash under control. So many times others don't leash their dogs and it takes the fun out of us having our dog and obeying the rules. Anyway, Thank you and we hope you have a good idea on how to deal with such people that think only they have a right and the rules don't apply to them.
