Our visit was quiet, peaceful and with clean restrooms. Thank you for remaining open and requiring reservations during the pandemic.

Kettle Falls has no easy access to the lake like Hunters, Gifford and Porcupine bay, all of which are closer and closed for no real reason. It is extremely frustrating to have to drive past 3 really excellent campgrounds that have sites right on the water for my kayak, as I travel nearly 2 hours to get to Kettle falls which does not. The "phased opening" was a bunch of useless placating language to make the public think that our favorite camps would soon be open when, in fact, there was never any intention what-so-ever of opening any others.

Due to all of the smoke and unhealthy air we did not go. Did not get a chance in time to cancel, so you got our money for free.
Have made another reservation for next week and paid again. Was disappointed to see that the second and third loops are no longer available. More room at those sites. Loop one are all pretty small. We will try it once but have size issues there in the past.
