A wonderful campground. The river is cold but great swimming for sure. The Silver Falls loop makes a great after dinner hiker.

Beautiful location, the river that runs through has a swimming hole and a little sandy beach! There are no showers in the bathroom--which are grossly in need of new fixtures and sinks, but they are 'cleaned' every day. This is a bear campground so be prepared to keep all food-smelling items in the bear box at each campsite at all times. There is internet at the campground office right by the front door where many people congregated, but not in the rest of the site. Overall, an exceptional campground. Our site was C22 and backed up to one of two group sites, so there was a lot of late noise.

This was a big site that offered great privacy and a relaxing atmosphere with the creek and nearby rush of the river. Bring a swimsuit and water shoes to take advantage of swimming in the river!

A little buggy in the evening, but that is expected since there is a river and old growth forest. The rangers at the visitor center are helpful, and the bathrooms are clean. Ohanapecosh is really cute and quaint campground, and I would absolutely stay here again.

I really like this campground. The staff is so amazing and helpful. I like the location. It is so convenient to go to Paradise and easy drive to other locations. I felt safe.
Here’s a hint: if there is not a site for all your days, book for one day, then get up early and snag an A site (they are first come, first serve). I was able to stay 5 full days during a busy time!

I have been camping at Ohanapecosh for more than 30 years. It's a family destination. So sad that the ranger talks in the amphitheater do not exist. Why not? We have enjoyed the star gazing talks during the new moon in August but it has not been presented in years. And, sooooooo many campsites are closed due to "dangerous trees". Every downed tree I saw was healthy. What a loss.

The river is great. The campground was very smoky from camp fires my daughter has asthma we had to leave. It would be super if folks just had campfires when it is not summer

We loved staying here. Big ole Douglas Firs, rivers and babbling creeks. Whats not to love?

I have been visiting Ohanapecosh for years and it has been our favorite campground in all of Washington. My recent visit was slightly disappointing. Not once did we see a park ranger driving through the campground, and the bathrooms were dirty and often out of paper towels. They now have WiFi at the Visitor Center so you can do timed entry, but it crashes once too many join. It is a beautiful campground but is not being maintained as well as it used to be.
