Takhlakh Lake Campground offers stunning scenery and a serene atmosphere, with clear waters and beautiful views of Mt. Adams. This was a nice Campground! It
was soo cold mid September at night be prepared! Beautiful during the day the site's are well maintained! No power. No running water.only issue when tent camping is neighbors in campers getting drunk keeping you up.

Very popular in summer when the weather is good. There are always a fair number of day users which keep the launch area crowded.... So we prefer the sites with a little distance. The camp hosts do a great job of keeping the vault toilets clean.

This is a great campground to stay at. The surroundings are spectacular, but to have only two 30 gallon trash cans to cover over 45 sites is ridiculous. If you’re having problems with dispersed campers dumping their garbage at campground, then deal with them, don’t penalize the folks who have paid to stay in the campground. This is a camp host decision sponsored by Rocky Mtn. Mgmt.

I was so impressed with this camp ground - the hosts were kind and kept the bathrooms clean and the lake was beautiful. We also had great neighbors! Really made our first camping trip as a family really nice!
