Campsites have plenty of room to spread out, hang up hammocks, etc. The sites themselves a bit closer together than I had originally thought or would prefer. Overall the campground is quiet and clean with easy access to the lake.

Walupt Lake is beautiful spot on the edge of the Goat Rocks Wilderness. Good opportunities for hiking and boating. Unfortunately, like far too many National Forest campgrounds, there is no longer water available at the campground. Let us hope a small amount of the infrastructure bill in congress will go to fix these problems.
