What Guests Are Saying

Bonaparte Lake Campground is a beautiful, well-maintained site in a remote area of NE Washington, offering great access to the lake for swimming, fishing, and boating. Campers appreciate the friendly hosts, clean facilities, and ample space at campsites, making it an ideal spot for family gatherings and outdoor activities. While some concerns were raised about noise from unruly campers and the distance to dumpsters, the overall experience is positive, with many planning to return.

It snowed in June on us. This is our favorite campground in wa. It’s beautiful anytime of year. Perfect for large campers. Camp host Jim is also very nice and keeps it clean. And doesn’t yell at me when my dogs slip their leash.👍 Can’t wait to get back.

The site map for the site 26 shows it on the lake side of the road. it is NOT on the lake side of the road. Makes quite a difference. it is a nice pull through site but lacks direct access to the water.

Alway enjoy camping at Bonaparte Lake. Little chilly in middle May, expecially in the evenings but well worth the camping experience.

The entire camp site was nice. Well maintained and clean. Nice trail just to the north of the site that has a nice view of the lake.

Very quiet campground. The lake is great for fishing and swimming. There are modern restrooms with lights and running water. Camp host is friendly and helpful with knowledge of the local area.
