What Guests Are Saying
Lower Falls Campground features spacious, well-maintained campsites with ample shade and beautiful riverside views, making it an ideal spot for nature lovers. The breathtaking nearby waterfalls and numerous hiking trails enhance the camping experience, although the campground lacks adequate water stations and has issues with cleanliness in the bathrooms. Overall, visitors appreciate the serene environment, helpful camp hosts, and the opportunity to disconnect from technology in a picturesque setting.

Fantastic site, hosts were on point and bathrooms were super clean. Water pump area could get a bit backed up so bring a large container

Love this campground. Most campsites are spacious and secluded. Everyone was quiet during quiet hours. We were in site 28 which was HUGE but we did have a pop up camper and were unable to pull into the site (which upon more reading was stated in the reservation lol). So much room though. Could fit 4-6 tents easily.

There were multiple empty campsites where the people who reserved the site never showed up. There should be a way where if someone doesn’t show up the reservation is canceled and someone else can get the site. The campground is too popular to allow empty sites to linger. And it would be nice if the water pump could be fixed on the lower camping loop. It’s been out of commission too long.

This was one of the most beautiful places I've ever camped. It was truly serene, safe, and everything you could want for a camping experience. We will be back!

New crew at the campground were doing a great job. Bathrooms were clean and they were using a better grade of TP.

Quiet spot. Beautiful trees, Spectacular waterfalls. Very relaxing. The way down to the falls is steep but there are other ways to get access to the river. It is one of our favorite campsites.

There isn't a bad looking campsite in this entire place. Bit of flies in the daytime, but not too bad. Camp hosts do a great job cleaning the bathrooms daily. No connection out here and camp wood is $10 a bundle.
