Our campsite was spacious and it was easy to park our 19’ trailer. Enjoyed the beauty of the forest and hearing the roar of the falls provided a backdrop of calm. The gorgeous Lower Falls are a short walk from the campsite. This is a great place to unwind since the area has no cell service.

Campsites were great, a lot of space between and the hiking around the falls is stunning. The camp host did not have firewood though (late May) so bring your own!

The facilities were fine enough and the site itself is nice. However, we were not forewarned that they do not sell firewood at the campsite like others in the Gifford area (that we are used too). We purposely did not purchase any because of the message stating you cannot bring any from outside the area. Typically this would not be a big deal but the closest place that sold firewood was 45 minutes away. Be forewarned that they close at 5, which we also were not aware of until we drove all the way out there (arriving at 6).

Never could contact the camp host for firewood. The campsite next to us had their German Shepard off leash and it would run at us growling and barking as we went to the facilities. Loved the site, just wish it was managed better.
