In spite of 2+ miles of washboard roads getting there, we loved the location. There is a beautiful meadow with a meandering stream with brook trout. Quiet and great camp host. Clean bathrooms. Camp sites were well separated.

We were assigned at space #4 in Tie Flume. This space and a few others on either side of our space were very close to a dirt/gravel road that led to another campground. It was constant traffic with speeding 4 wheelers, campers, trucks, cars and motorcycles day and even into the night! And the worst part about that.....huge clouds of dust constantly drifting thru our campsite. It was almost unbearable at times and in addition to us breathing in this dust, it made a huge mess inside our 5th wheel RV.

Wonderful campground, the campground host Kareen was amazing. Our first night there we had to have our truck towed off the mountain, Kareen was a tremendous help for us with our problem and for the entire time we were there. Bathrooms were spotless, campground was clean and well maintained. Moose in the meadow right beside the campground almost every day. We were in site number 5 and had plenty of room for our 36ft 5th wheel and one ton dually with decent sun for solar.

Campground was well tended and the toliets kept clean and tidy. We did have a problem with the camp host letting someone takeovver oe of our reserved sites. She did not seem to thoroughly understand the reservation system and that caused the problem. A solution was worked out, but it took time and patience.
