What Guests Are Saying

Sulphur Campground is praised for its beautiful location by a creek, cleanliness, and well-maintained facilities, with friendly hosts and abundant wildlife, including moose sightings. However, some campers experienced issues with campsite sizes, unavailability of hosts for firewood, and a lack of water during their visit. Overall, it’s considered a lovely spot for camping, with great hiking and fishing opportunities.

We have had the best times at this campground. We had three different camp spots right by each other and everyone enjoyed the whole weekend. The moose walked right through the campground. Definitely we’ll be back.

The camp host was very accommodating and helped us with another spot. The spot we had reserved was too tight for our 24 ft trailer because of the entrance trees.
Other than that that I have mentioned it is just an okay campground because not enough trees for shade.

I love this site. We stay here every year. The camp host Wally can be hit or miss but he is getting up there in years so may be he sometimes doesn't feel good.
