What Guests Are Saying
Sulphur Campground is praised for its beautiful location by a creek, cleanliness, and well-maintained facilities, with friendly hosts and abundant wildlife, including moose sightings. However, some campers experienced issues with campsite sizes, unavailability of hosts for firewood, and a lack of water during their visit. Overall, it’s considered a lovely spot for camping, with great hiking and fishing opportunities.

Amazing campground with a lot of wildlife. My spot backed right up to the stream which was beautiful. Had 4 moose through my campground the first night, 2 the first morning, and another handful throughout my stay.

Host was a super nice guy, well maintained and beautiful all around. Bigger trailers might have a tight squeeze getting in the whole place (our trailer is 30’, it was tight but we got in and out ok).

Nice campground. But it is right next to the highway and parallels it. So you will hear every vehicle that drives by on 150.

We really liked this little campground. Our fire ring was a new cement lined pit with a grill that could rotate over the fire. The restrooms in the campground were kept VERY clean!
