Lizard Creek Campground offers a beautiful and peaceful setting on the shores of Jackson Lake, with spacious and well-maintained sites that provide a sense of privacy. Camp hosts are friendly and knowledgeable, enhancing the overall experience with helpful tips and support. The site was spacious and well maintained, but close enough to hear everything from the neighboring site. A picnic table and bear box provided. The trees were a nice cover. Very family oriented, and the camp host was easy to find. The only downside was the bathrooms. I’ve been in vault toilets that were cleaner and smelled better, and the utility sink for dishes was in a tiny room that was absolutely covered in spiders.

Camp sites are extremely small and should not be used for trailer. Rained . Camp host very nice

This was my first time at Lizard Creek. I liked it very much. I had a tent campsite right next to the lake. It was very beautiful. I stayed three nights, and I look forward to returning again next year. My particular site was excellent (They are all excellent but perhaps a slight bit different in location and perhaps quietness - I was at campsite 41 - very quiet and nice. It is nestled in the trees next to the lake.) There was lots of space to organize a bonfire, cook, and lots room for the tent and picnic table. I had a wonderful time!

Amazing experience. We had a fantastic view of Jackson Lake. What I was most impressed with was the bear protocol. I felt like everything was very well organized for keeping campsites clean and scent free. That allowed me to feel safe about camping here – knowing that everybody was on the same page - and the bears were happily eating berries in the woods

Water Hookup Fee: The Utility fee is imposed on all lodging and camping products to defer the higher cost of providing water and sewer in the remote locations in which we operate. The amount of this fee is determined by taking the difference in the cost of providing these services less the comparable cost of similar services in local areas. This fee is reviewed annually and approved by the National Park Service. |
