Lake smell like algae. Lights from bathroom too bright in camp site. Sites very close together

Campground was not well maintained. Staff was not helpful or friendly. Charging campers with reservations for showers was disappointing. Will not recommend campground.

Signal Mountain Campground was beautiful! Campsites were a bit close so we heard our neighbors loud and clear, but overall nice. It was rainy when we went (first weekend in June), but beautiful to watch the storms roll in near the campground. The Signal Mountain Lodge had a gorgeous view from where we sat to eat as well.

Grand Teton National Park is beautiful and full of nature's wonders. However, it is too crowded. I think it's great that more people are visiting the park but respect for the land and the area is at a low. People seem to be more interested in their personal recreation and fun than respecting the park. Very loud boats frequent the park lakes with their amplified music so loud it can be heard literally miles away. Campers abuse the campground rules. Almost every day I see parties of 10 - 15 persons in a single site. Again, with the loud amplified music well past the so called "quiet hours". I am sitting in my campsite as I write this and the low thump, thump, thump of music is off in the distance. It would be nice to listen to the wind blowing through the trees or birds singing. Can't seem to go on a hike without seeing someone's name carved into a tree. I have visited most of the national parks over the years. Might be time for me to take a break. I have too much reverence for the land. It needs to heal.
