Indian Creek Campground in Yellowstone is praised for its clean facilities, friendly hosts, and quiet atmosphere, making it a hidden gem for campers. Nice and quiet. Centrally located in the park, which is nice for getting to THs early. Hosts are strict about the 10 am check out.

Campground hosts in A loop were overbearing and threatened our daughter for a violation. They lied about her washing her hands with soap in the open when we just had a water jug. The stay gave us anxiety. We watched the host take down another site's clothesline and snoop around the moment they left the campground. Cancelling our return stay reservation in August. All this while their deluxe RV sounded like a hot air balloon firing all evening keeping them nice an toasty. There are no generators allowed, but the hosts can use a heater I guess to "generate" heat. Great location and campground, ruined by power hungry hosts!!!

I loved this camp spot. Quiet butt still had outhouse style toilets but they were very clean. The tent address is nice. Extremely relaxing

Nice campsite although you have to drive in or your table and fire pit are on the wrong side. The table and fire pit is extremely exposed to the camp road leaving no privacy for meals there.

Sites are close together but lots of tree coverage. Bathrooms and campground are very clean. Quiet and peaceful at night. Each site has its own bear box.

I had a wonderful time at this campsite. The wife and husband who were the host made my experience even better. It was the first campsite that a host went and gathered firewood for me without me knowing as I was touring on a motorcycle. I felt at home immediately and was the highlight of my Yellowstone trip.

This was a fantastic campground! NO GENERATORS allowed. Friendly camphosts and great Rangers. Only complaint is they need to clean the pit toilets more often, with so many tent campers they are used frequently. Great location for seeing the NW corner of Yellowstone, with lots of close hiking. Be aware, bears are everywhere and the Rangers & camphosts enforce the rules regarding food storage. Pit toilets & water available. We drove to Mammoth and showered at the hotel. You buy a pass to access the cottage guest bath houses. About 8 miles, but a great drive.

We had site 67 and have a 26’ TT. It was very hard to back it in. We stayed the last night it was open. The weather was good and it was a shame it closed that soon. It’s an excellent location.

The campground is very clean and quiet. It is set far enough from the road that you do not hear any traffic.
