Great campground with all the facilities you need in a basic site. Check-in was effortless with the incredibly knowledgeable campground host. Some sites have less trees than others making them exposed so I wouldn't necessarily recommend all the sites for tent camping in summer though this wasn't much of an issue in my opinion.

Even though the campground sign said full there were empty sites every night for the entire 14 days we were there.
Do not get sites near the vault toilets. Campers who did, left early because of the smell. One of the camp hosts was not friendly, as we witnessed him yelling at campers several times. The new campfire rings are too tall making attached grill unusable to cook on. No generators allowed makes this a quiet campground. With a bit more care & improvements this would be a really great campground.

This campground is off the beaten track and less commercial than the concession-run campgrounds. The water tap was in our site, so we had a lot of people coming through to get water. This wasn't a problem, but if you wanted more privacy, pick a site where that isn't the case. Sites are small and our skoolie barely fit even though we reserved one that was big enough. Overall we had a nice time and would book this campground again.

Pit toilets kept very clean by staff. Quiet hours observed. Clean sites. A couple trails right off the campground. And a creek for washing up if needed. A quick 30 mins to Gardiner.

The campground and hosts were awesome! We enjoyed interacting with the hosts and their helpful tips. There was great access to water and restrooms. The bugs were not bad at all. This campground has excellent driving access to areas of the park and allowed us to hit a lot of popular stops without too much driving time each day. I highly recommend this area and campground.

was sad that this campground was a bathroom only. I feel for $50 per night there should be showers of some sort
