The small campground was our favorite of all that we stayed at in Yellowstone. Its simplicity and space makes it a wonderful experience. Bathrooms were very clean and staff extremely friendly and helpful.

Out of the way campground, much less traffic than other locations. More mosquitoes than expected. Site could have been a bit deeper, would have helped with parking. A camp store would have been nice, given the remote location. But, overall, would still come back.

Beautiful campground. Only challenge was using available water sources to fill fresh water tank (only a few had threaded receptacles to connect onto).

Quiet little campground away from all the tourist nonsense. Wish the checkout time was a little later than 10:00 as it makes the last morning too rushed, but especially when one of the hosts keeps coming around to give you the minute countdown to check out time. Did get to see a black bear and there are nice quiet trails around the campground that take you to beautiful stream where we saw a pair of trumpeter swans.

Best vault toilet ever found in a campground - I usually bring some air spray and cleaner to fix these, but this one was better kept than some flush toilets.
