I have stayed here on many occasions before the new signage and layout updates. There needs to be better signage for entry and exits. I had to give many guests directions as people kept going in circles. The amenities needed, running water, restrooms with toilet paper were in good proximity to the site. I would not recommend this site #25. It had many shaded trees, benches and tables, fire Pit and grill. The downside, if it rains, there is a drainage at this site and the area gets too much water. It rained while we were here so it was always damp and it’s-a good thing we bought a tarp and used as a canopy but too much water run off from the road etc. pick an elevated camp site.

Great campground. I really liked that each campground had ample space around it vs. being squeezed in. Very relaxing and close enough to Grand Canyon.
We had an unfortunate incident with our rental car, where we were locked out for 4 hours (ignition running, keys inside, phone inside, AAA card inside) and our campground host saved the day!!! He called AAA on our behalf and checked up on us multiple times until they arrived. Im so grateful for his hospitality and help, because I was freaking out. I will for sure stay here again.

We stayed in the Raven Loop, site 41. Great thing about this loop was the sites are nicely spread out, couldn’t hear anyone and we were not disturbed. Close but not too close to the toilets. Fire ring, table, tent area looked nice but we didn’t use them.
We came in after dark and this site was hard to find because the numbering of sites isn’t entirely sequential (41 came after the 70’s if following the one way sign from where we entered the loop).
The site was nice but because it was dark we just wanted to sleep in the back of our pickup and not put up a tent in the dark. This site didn’t have a pull-in for a car so we felt like we were sleeping in the road. Even so, it was pretty quiet. However, shortly after we arrived a car crashed into a large rock at another site just up the road (loud crunching sound). Maybe they were looking for a car pull-in too? They were gone in the morning. We had a nice look at the stars as we fell asleep. Nice trees. Looks like some construction going on near the entrance, signage was confusing at entrance due to this.

Huge plus - being very close to the south rim of the Grand Canyon and also to the town of Tusayan where you can catch the free shuttle into the park (and not have to deal with traffic). Although I had heard Ten-X had an abundance of yellow jackets, I hardly saw any (maybe a total of 5 over the course of several days.

Very basic campground just outside the National Park. You are in the nature, with wildlife around you. The restrooms are very very basic.

Place is very beautiful, host was very friendly. Stayed on the group site A. Only down side was the they had a yellow jacket problem and there were a lot of them everywhere. Two children were stung as well as two adults by them. I would love to go back when yellow jackets are not an issue.

The campsites are in a beautiful place and above all, unlike many others campgrounds, they are spaced apart from each other.
