Hilltop Campground is praised for its cleanliness, beautiful scenery, and well-maintained facilities, with many visitors appreciating the friendly camp host. Sites are spacious. Check the tent pad size before you get a site though! Drinking (well) water on site

Great spacing for all the campsites in the forest south of the lake to permit more privacy between campsites.

The host was super nice. When I arrived I realized the spot I had chosen online didn't fit with my truck camping needs and he easliy and happily helped me find a spot that would. It was a lovely site with little garbage anywhere. He gave me good info about hiking to the lake.
Although there was a lot of rubbish around Lynx Lake. Perhaps you could post more about picking up especially on behalf of all the wildlife that lives there. So many plastic caps. Please consider banning single use bottles and any glass bottles from the area. I picked up a lot of that kind of picnic trash and posted about it on my social media.
I'll definitely camp at Hilltop again. Already planning on it.

One of my favorite spaces, great for quiet and privacy. Be aware that this space has stairs though--about 8 steps down to the site and another few steps down to the tent pad.

Overall the campground was pretty good. Quiet with lots of trees and nice breeze's all day. I got the unlucky draw of site 16. The website says its camper/trailer accessible...IT IS NOT. No room for a camper in any way possible! Tents only. Lynx lake was great, the kids had fun fishing and swimming for a bit. The camp host was friendly and around with any questions that we may have had. I would go there again but a different site.

We had such a wonderful time. We're really surprised that it was so quite for Memorial Day weekend. Andrew one of the hosts was very accommodating. Jeff and Kim the camp host were so delightful. Will be going back soon.

One gentleman offered to help move my camping gear to the next site for me. Thank you for making this old lady feel safe b
