Lynx Lake is a lovely, well-maintained campground. However, my site in Loop H was small and too close to the road. Very noisy.

The campsite barely fit our two tents for being a double site. I appreciated that the bathrooms stayed cleaned. However being harassed by the camp host and park rangers over parking was a nuisance.

Well maintained campground. Lots of little trails to walk on. Walking down to the lake is a must. There’s a nice trail that will take you around the entire lake. Bathrooms were very clean. Camp sites were spaced well. My only complaint was the fire rings. They’re elevated of the ground on concrete slabs. You can’t feel much heart off of them. I’d rather they get rid of the slabs and put the rings at ground level.

Beautiful campground with large sites. Quiet and private. Clean restrooms and a great trail to hike around the lake. 2.5 miles.
Amazing to be so close to Costco and Trader Joe’s and yet feel so secluded in the forest in 5 minutes. We were forced to break camp early in our stay due to a family emergency and we received a non-solicited refund for our unused nights. Quite a welcome shock and much appreciated.

Beautiful campground just opened.I regret to say it cause fire rings are a bit part of camping but, because of the extreme drought conditions all campfires should be prohibited. It's way too dry & 1 careless match will catch all the extremely dry brush into a kinder keg

Terrific hike around the lake. My dog and I did it every day. The camping is also very close to Prescott for lots of exploring

Great sites, very clean. The toilets were also very clean. We met Mike the host and he was very nice and gave us a lot of great info. The hike around the lake is easy and very pretty. Close to town if you forget anything. We will definitely stay here again.

I arrived on a Sunday. Went to use the restroom in my campground loop to find the toilets were DISGUSTING! There was poop spots all over both toilet seats and no toilet paper at all. There is a sign outside on the door that says the bathrooms are only cleaned 3 times per week. They should be cleaned at least once a day! Some campgrounds that I've camped at have upped it to twice a day with the COVID.
Other than the restroom problem, I had a great time. Nice campground, nice host (I think his name was Mike). Good little trail down to the lake where I caught some fish.
