Unpleasant time with the camp host there. Came to check in at 1pm and there was a group in my reserved spot. Went to the host for help or any accommodations and they told me they couldn’t go near people and offered no help. Ended up having to find a different campground to sleep at.
Rec.gov was helpful after the incident but at site was unpleasant.

Needs to be better staffed. And night gate closure, too many people coming through at night.

The camp sites are totally overgrown with weeds. A major fire hazard!!

This campground is great! I liked it a lot more than I thought I would. We were there in mid-April and were surrounded by wildflowers. The space was roomy, short walk to the restroom, which has flush toilets and running water. Fishing access was tough unless you have a boat. Hubs did end up finding a place to fish, but it was a rugged hike and there were quite a few people fishing in the same area due to the limited access.

Great campground with excellent facilities. Campsite was well-maintained. A little more music noise from the neighbors than I might have liked, but it wasn't overly obnoxious. Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful area. Well planned Campground. We had a great view of the lake and the wildflowers were everywhere. April is a beautiful time of year to visit that area. No electricity but wonderful showers. We will be back.

The park was very friendly. Our camp host was very helpful since it was our first time there. We met some great folks and truly enjoyed our time. We rode our bikes down to the marina. Visited the museum about the area and how the dam was built. (A must see) lunch at the restaurant was fantastic. Will definitely go again.

The campsite was exactly as described, and just a wonderful location to camp at for a couple of nights! The cliff dwellings are just up the road and there are ma ny fantastic spots for fishing and swimming within a 15-minute drive of the campground. Campground was very clean and tidy and there were no instances where me or my group felt unsafe or uncomfortable with how the camp was maintained/run!
