What Guests Are Saying
John F. Kennedy campground is praised for its beautiful scenery, clean facilities, and spacious campsites, making it a favorite destination for families and fishing enthusiasts. The hiking trails, particularly near Collins Creek, offer enjoyable experiences for all ages. While there are suggestions for improvements such as better internet service and more frequent trash pickup, the overall sentiment is very positive, with many campers expressing a desire to return.

The facilities here were clean and kept at a comfortable temperature. The sites were clean and provided plenty of space. If I would have checked the generation schedule, maybe the fishing would have been better!

We loved our time at JFK. Campsite was spacious and clean. The view was awesome. Loved the sound of the river. We stayed in the B section, Full hookups. We definitely will be back!

This is a beautiful spot right beside the river! Within walking distance is a creek, walking trail, and playground. Camp site was roomy and well kept. We will definitely book here again!

Park was beautiful. Bathrooms need to be cleaner. Men had hair on the floor. Women’s bathroom toilet is uneven. No paper towel or hand soap. Over all bathrooms need to be remodeled.

I only stayed overnight so my comments are limited. Easy to access from Hwy 25. The park is nice and clean, campsites are easy to access as well as the electric and water. Cell phone reception was weak, 2 bars but otherwise a great place to camp.
