What Guests Are Saying
John F. Kennedy campground is praised for its beautiful scenery, clean facilities, and spacious campsites, making it a favorite destination for families and fishing enthusiasts. The hiking trails, particularly near Collins Creek, offer enjoyable experiences for all ages. Clean bath house, trash cans emptied regularly, clean sites with electricity and water. Fishing was OK, water was high most of the day. Our go to campground when we can get it.

It is a beautiful place and we had a good time. I wish that the COE would take better care of the place. The COE needs to redo the reservation policy. You can’t stay there unless you have a reservation do it like the state parks do.
