John F. Kennedy campground is praised for its beautiful scenery, clean facilities, and spacious campsites, making it a favorite destination for families and fishing enthusiasts. The hiking trails, particularly near Collins Creek, offer enjoyable experiences for all ages. While there are suggestions for improvements such as better internet service and more frequent trash pickup, the overall sentiment is very positive, with many campers expressing a desire to return.

Quiet, very woodsy, the mist on the water makes you feel as if your in a secret forest. Campsite was beautiful. Will definitely go back for longer.

The park was very clean. The employees that I met were very nice and friendly and very helpful. The only problem I have is that I can't get a new reservation soon enough.

Quiet for us and family friendly. The Cleaning Company did a great job. So much nature and beauty. Happy for the fish hatchery to be open. We are absolutely coming back soon!

JFK Park is very popular, and for good reason. Sites are level, spacious and well maintained. Trout fishing is always a favorite activity, along with hiking. Good beaches are a short drive away at Dam Site and Old 25. Enjoy the cool air off the river, even on the hottest days.

My family always has fun camping at this park every year. This summer, it was very hot and there was a burn ban in place, so we did not get to enjoy the campfires at night. Other than that, we had a great vacation.
