Peaceful, quiet, beautiful ... or a typical Corps campground. Great place for boats as you can pull them up to your site.
Plenty of fallen dead dry firewood around. Hassel free check in, too. In late March it was full up on Saturday and pretty empty the rest of the week.

The site was flat and close to water. Made for some great sunset views.

Fishing was not good and weather was bad part of the week. But the views and the company were excellent. I always enjoy just being there.

It rained the 1st 2 days, wind blew very hard and it was cold! The last day of our stay was nice for us to pack up and go home.. But it is always better to be camping than being home. LOL!!
