Campsite was nice and clean and lots of shade and the lake was beautiful. The bathroom/shower wasnβt too bad when we got there but was never cleaned while we were there. It was the same day after day and then one day it was all locked up and the sign said to use another facility. The other facility was at another camping area and it was absolutely disgusting! This was very disappointing as this was our first time to visit this beautiful area. I donβt understand why our public use areas that many, many people visit canβt be cleaned and maintained.

Thompkins is always a beautiful campground that is usually peaceful and quiet. Family oriented and yet still handle a few party gowers
