We stayed 2 weeks at site number 74, loved watching the deer on the island and other deer swimming out to them every evening

Site 51 is an large spot on the point. Pad is level. Only negative is the large drop off from pad to gravel. Have to be very careful with the drop off. Picnic concrete pad is breaking on ends making unstable walking around table

We stayed in 13A. This is the best all around site at this campground. We have camped in various sites over the years with great views but not good walk downs to lake with muddy entrance into water for swimming. This site is higher with rock making it cleaner for swimming and playing with dog. Beautiful views, shady most of the day, walking the campground peninsulas or trails is great, if you don’t want to cook there is a great cafe at the marina just a short drive or walk away. Trash receptacles close to campsite emptied daily, quiet and peaceful but we stayed during the week and school was starting thr next week. We didn’t use the bathhouse but noticed it had cleaners twice daily and even the bugs and spider webs were removed from the lighted entry and sitting area around it. Boat ramp and dock within sight of area A and B. We will be back every year!

If you have a big rig you probably want to stay in sites 1 - 57. You can get more ice if needed over at the Shangri La Resort. The gravel around the campsites can be slippery even when dry.

This is a wonderful campground. My only complaint is that trees are being taken down and the debris piled up in various spots among the campsites. Makes it difficult for the workers that mow to do a good job of keeping the weeds at bay.

truly a great spot. so much space and open water. has a bbq pit, fire pit, a pole to hang trash or wet clothes, and a concrete picnic table.

We had a fantastic time! Site 44 was perfect - shaded, on the water and relatively close to two bathrooms.

This was an amazing spot to have some wonderful time with the family. The sunsets were breathtaking! We parked our boat right at camp. I lounged in my lounger about every day listening to the waves crash in shore and the constant breeze across the lake. The grandbaby had swim access whenever she wanted and we never had to leave camp. She rode her bike around the loop and met lots of kids when she wasn’t swimming or out with poppy in the boat. The bathrooms were clean each night. Dump station was clean and easily accessible to pull in and out. We had a fantastic week!
