camping was ok, but the fishing was very poor, there was only one landing to launch your boat, due to the fact the water was 16 ft. above normal pool. also nowhere to park once you did get to launch your boat

The exterior bathhouse lights are unbelievably, ridiculously bright. Completely ruins an otherwise great campground.
Could not enjoy sitting by fire and looking at the night sky because there was basically a spotlight in my peripheral vision at all times.

This is a gem of a place. We were looking for solitude after the holidays and this was the perfect place. Beautiful trees and super quiet. The camp host was very friendly. Facilities were very good. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a low key escape from the city.
