Quiet, secluded and yet close to Plainview where you can easily pick up any forgotten items. Also relatively close to Dardanelle if anything major comes up.

Jim Miller is one of the finest gate attendant that I have ever met, keeps the park up much better than previous attendants that have been at Sunlight Bay. I appreciate his attitude to all people and keeping the park in good order.

As I'm disabled being straight across from the bath/shower was great! Gate keeper extremely friendly, as were the nearby campers.
Always dislike leaving Nimrod. Lake....Granddad found this fabulous lake waay long time ago...We always stayed & dearly: County Line area! Please re-open, please!!!!!!

The park is ok but the parking lot by the boat launch needs to be cleaned. It is covered with an inch of silt left by recent flooding. Most sites are too short for larger rigs. Bring extra water hose.
