GREAT Camp hosts, they checked in with us when we arrived and gave us the lay of the land. Love Four Jeffery.

Visited late June, we stayed at site 27. We stayed two nights before a backpacking trip. The campground was a convenient location to check out the trailhead parking for our start and end of our trip. Site 27 had space for our two cars and two tents, probably could’ve fit another tent as well. The site was fairly exposed to the sun, a sun shade would’ve been nice to have. The camp hosts did a great job of keeping the bathrooms clean and the campsites kept up. The only downside was the bugs, but that’s everywhere in the Sierra in June.

A beautiful campground, and near to trailhead by short car ride. The sites by the creek will have the mosquitos, the sites on the hill won't as bad. The sites on the hill have the glorious views, the sites along the creek will have more shade. The ubiquitous Aspen Trees are just gorgeous. Bathrooms at campsite very clean, but cold water only. By contrast, the toilets up at Lk Sabrina are the filthiest you have ever seen and hardly useable if female, so plan accordingly. Otherwise, a beautiful almost-spiritual visit to the Sabrina Basin.

Site 2 was a tight fit for us with a 25' trailer and pickup but it worked, many other first come sites with more space but not by the creek.
Camp hosts were some of the best ever and kept bathrooms and sites very tidy.
