Love this campground! Site 60 is a nice site. Hosts were very nice too. In loop 3 the restrooms were closed for repairs and sounds like they will be for a bit. The dump station is too expensive for what it is.
Very shady campground. Some sites are very sloped so just something to be aware of. Bears visited us so again, just something to be aware of.

Absolutely beautiful and quiet campground! The host was very friendly and helpful. My only reason for four stars was the ten Buffalo gnats/No-see-ems bites I got. Very painful and swollen for over a week!! Plumas News said they weren’t out yet. We did take precautions, but they got all of us! I’ll avoid May/June next time!

Lovely campground, on a lovely lake! Camp hosts are friendly and attentive. Sites are well spaced. Some sites are more suitable for tents than others. Loops 1&2 have lovely restrooms. My biggest gripe is that loop 3, which has the ADA site only has porta potties right now. It makes it much less accessible, and isn't noted on the website, so it's something to be aware of when reserving a site

First trip to Grasshopper Flats and it was awesome. The camp host Patty is a rockstar, very personable and does a great job. Bathrooms were clean and stocked (except handsoap but that’s probably a budget cutback topic). She runs a tight ship and manages the campground very well, which seasoned campers appreciate. We’re hoping to get back a few more times this season.
