Everything was fine except for the place to pitch the tent. It was a slope where it was supposed to be flat.

This campground is very well maintained and the staff and friendly and knowledgeable. Itβs close enough to the grocery store (9mins) if you forget something but quiet enough to know know even know that! We wish we had stayed in a different site only because we were close to the entrance (site 002) so there was quite a bit of traffic. We also had a very hard time find a place level enough for our tent so we kind of just rolled off of our tent. Haha! Our friends were in site 001 which was very nice (more privacy and flat land) but still a lot of traffic. We will be back!

We camped at site #10 which is beautiful and somewhat secluded yet located conveniently close to a bathroom; it is a great site! Every worker/host we came in contact with was extremely friendly. Our favorite was Sal! The campground is extremely clean and has great amenities, including showers at some of the restrooms. There are two trails that start at the upper part of the campground. We are already booked for a return visit!

A very nice campground with a good moderate hiking trail at about 5000 ft. elevation. It's maintained very well and has a good staff that patrols regularly in case someone's too noisy. Best part is there's hot showers and lots of restrooms'.
I had stayed at a Yellow post site for a few days, and was ready for a shower. They sell firewood on site, so I was able to have some good barbeque. I will definitely visit this campground again. It was only $37 a day for a tent site.

In accordance with standard industry practices, Mountain Top Recreation will be assessing a $8 additional vehicle fee per night on the second vehicle in each single family campsite, and on the third and fourth vehicles in any double family campsite, provided these vehicles are not joined to the first vehicle by a hitch and towed onto the site. In the case of motorcycles, the first two are considered to be one vehicle and the third and fourth are also considered to be one vehicle. No additional vehicle fees are collected for bicycles. |
