Awesome campground. My favorite of my week-long camp trip. Host was friendly and it was in a great area just outside of Yosemite. Would love to come back to this site.

Dimond O is definitely a "hidden gem", pun intended! It's quiet and peaceful, and about as close to Yosemite as you can get outside of the park itself. The campsites are paved and level. And it actually has clean vault toilets! Most importantly, the camp hosts are very attentive and accommodating. They work hard to make sure your stay is comfortable. Sadly, the National Forest is ending their contract with this campground after this season.

Good quiet site, clean restrooms, with easy access to the river. Limited potable water but friendly camp host directed us to functional spigots. For our week long camping trip, this was our favorite.

Great place to camp. We had several groups that all met at Dimond O and we had a spectacular time. The grounds are beautiful and well-cared for, and the proximity to Yosemite and all its beauty was perfect for us. A truly enjoyable experience!

This campground was just what we were expecting. Less busy than the sites in the park. The camp host was very pleasant and overall we had a wonderful experience.

A very nice campground just outside of Yosemite NP. Sites were well maintained with good spacing between your neighbors. The best part was the creek running behind the campsite. Spent all day with the chairs in the water and enjoying the surroundings. Will definitely go back. One item to note is there are a lot of flies when the weather warms up. So be prepared with your preferred management techniques.
