I stayed the night in campsite 14 and I woke up to sound of a person driving a 4 wheel ATV around the campground spraying herbicide on the grass in the road cracks and along the sides of the road right where I was parked for the night. I departed promptly.

This campground needs a lot of maintenance. Bathrooms been broke for years . Cover to playground broke for years tall grass too close to camp spots. Rattlesnake was under my trailer .

We really enjoyed our stay in site 50 with our trailer. It was very easy to back in and, even though I was concerned about the steepness of the driveway, our trailer is short enough that it was flat and level. The site and campground were clean and well-maintained. We loved the "private deck" aspect of our site and the easy access to the lake for kayaking. We went Sunday through Tuesday, and at times on Sunday and in the evening on Monday, some visitors had loud music, but for the most part, we had no neighbors and a quiet, private experience. If towing, be aware that the drive to the campground is a bit long and curvy, but doable. We loved our experience, and I would recommend this campground. PS - there was no employee on site to take money (we reserved online) or buy firewood from. We had to drive back to Corning to buy firewood. Also, the showers were not working during our stay, but the vault toilets were clean (and surprisingly didn't stink!) and well-stocked.

We had campsite 54. Beautiful weekend at the lake. We had a quiet channel on the water. Plenty of trees for shade. Gorgeous watching the sunrise and sunset across the water. Definitely returning.

Beautiful little campground with many trees and walking trails. Older restrooms with showers, but clean, the showers do take quarters. Excellent campgrounds hosts!

The only thing I wish was a little better (no complaints here though) is that the area to place a tent at BH29 is sloped on the hillside. Maybe flatten the area out a little bit more. My stay was great and the weather was beautiful

Spot 30, pull though. I still gave a good because the spot was nice, the picnic camp area was good and it being pull through was also nice. We ended up not staying because the pull through spot was right on the road and if you didn’t get real close to the fence and match the door up with the entrance down to the picnic table, putting our slide out would go over the line and it is right on the road with vehicles going by. I just think on this one a little more info and pictures on what kind of spot it is would be helpful.

Restroom was handicaped rated but a hand dug ditch prevented access to the restroom by walker or wheelchair. Bathroom ran out of TP. Ranger never checked us in to give us vehicle passes, so we ended up getting a warning violation for parking in the launch ramp area, where we launched boats (this happened last year too, except the Ranger finally gave us vehicle passes and apologized for being late).
