I've used Recreation.gov many times with no problems. However, the two sites I booked at Buckhorn Campground at Black Butte Lake on April 11 -13 were not as advertised and required last minute scrambling to find new sites. The sites were on steep cliffs, with room for one car at each site and one tent (sloped site). The site was advertised as holding 8 people and up to 4 cars. Our group purchased two other sites, sites 20 and 21, which were great. But is there a way to get refunded for 28 and 29? We simply couldn't use those sites for our group.

Very clean nice sized spot for trailer bath rooms were also very good. For us that don’t walk well anymore little to no access to lake for fishing. When checking in site wouldn’t allow me to enter my senior life time pass for discount
