Great long but just wide enough spot. Had multiple tent pad areas available and wide enough for the two cars we had. Picnic table is right next to partner site and the fire ring; but we had no issues with our neighbors at all.

Well, this campground is what I call a parking lot site. If you're sleeping in a vehicle, you're confined to pavement beside the site. Wish I'd had a tent! I spent five nights: two cramped on a wretched inner loop with smoky fires on either side (felt like I was camping in someone's living room); three nights in a small loop by the lake--a much better experience! In general, there are just too many sites in too small a space
Griping aside, I appreciated the running water in the bathrooms and many nearby trails, with good signage. Would I come back? Probably not...

Gorgeous view of Lake Mary from site 2 ( and many other sites as well)! Easy to leave SUP's down by the water with places to put in, very clean bathrooms. A bear did break into our bear box the first night but it was my fault for not shutting it all the way. No showers.

The campground has some really good sites and facilities are good. We got campground 10 which had absolutely no shade and a very tiny space. It really depends on what campsite you get!

Perfect, large camp site. Very level. Space for two large tents. Parking for two cars. Great views. Marina general store next door sells ice and local beer. Ideal location between all trail heads & mammoth village. Camp hosts were great. Super clean bathrooms. Bears at the campground every night. Use the bear
Box!

awesome location but awful campground, absolutely no privacy, hardly a flat surface to set up the tent

Campground was clean and ready and I was able to access all facilities. Generators and loud campers were slightly disruptive and bears throughout the night made it slightly less peaceful although both were anticipated given the popularity and location of the campground.

Any campground in mammoth is gonna be gorgeous, lake Mary has some nice amenities though. The camp store and showers are always nice, large bear boxes at every site too. Walking distance to the lake(s). Can get pretty busy though.

Such a great campground with beautifully clean bathrooms. I had site 32 and it was a quick walk down the hill to reach the lake. Mostly surrounded by bushes but there’s a few small openings to send out a kayak or paddleboard into the water.
