What Guests Are Saying
Tule Campground offers a pleasant camping experience with spacious, well-separated sites and a friendly camp host. Many visitors appreciate the clean facilities, beautiful lake views, and ample family-friendly activities such as biking and fishing. However, there are recurring issues with restroom cleanliness and maintenance, which detracts from the overall experience for some campers.

Our campsite was shaded and comfortable even with 100 plus degree temperatures. There was a power failure while we were there so a generator is suggested . The campground had a water line issue but all campers were advised to fill their fresh water tanks if they had them available. Even with the maintenance issues , we had a good time . All of the campers were respectful of others , the sites were clean and the lake and recreation areas were not congested. The camp hosts were very informative, helpful and had great attitudes. All in all a great experience!

Very nice spot! We stayed in site #92, electric & water. Close to Sequoia National Park & Kings Canyon. We went 1 day to Mt Whitney, on the way back to the campground found a really good food, Gloria's Mexican Restaurant, California City, CA. The food was really good, & the service was great! Tule Campground was a nice place & would recommend if you are wanting to see Sequoia & Kings Canyon.

Decent spot to stay for a night, but I wouldn’t spend a lot of time there unless you plan to fish the lake. Some bathrooms were being worked on and there were porta potties instead. Site was big and open, slanted driveway though.

We stayed overnight before heading up to Lodgepole campground in sequoia, so it was ok for one night. I couldn’t use the shower though as there were horrible looking spiders in both. It was very hot around 104 so not much to do and was glad to have electricity so we could use the ac. However we did experience a beautiful sunset.

Very large sites but very few trees. Water faucets at each site. Flush toilets and free showers.
