Beautiful scenery. I love how far apart the campsites are from each other so there is plenty of privacy and room for your dogs. Also great marina with kayaks, food, and drinks.

What a great campground! Visited over Christmas weekend. Perfectly spaced sites with lots of room and privacy. The campground was pretty much empty, so even better. Beautiful views, quiet, and close to town. The ranger station was closed the whole time, but I had a reservation, so I just went straight to my site and setup. I did see rangers about in their trucks, so there was a presence onsite. The showers are free with plenty of hot water. I had a great time. I hear there is a Casino just a few miles up the road, but I didn't make it up there this trip. I imagine I will be back.

Nice campground the lake was low but it did rain while we were there. We camped in a 36’ class A many of the sites were a bit unlevel we chose site 18 which had only electrical and worked for us. We would stay there again if we were in the area.

Campground was covered in very thick fog, as we later realized seems to be the standard here during this season. But the stay was nice, the bathrooms were well kept, and the electrical hookup worked great. Verizon and AT&T reception was both working, at least in the North part of the park.

Even though the lake was very low - I found the campground very relaxing - lots of grass for the dogs and waking around very peaceful

Stay was very nice, no major problems that we are aware of. Notice quite a few (37) RVs were using the waste station on Sunday. Hope you will be able to spray the GOATHEADS this year, looks like there will be a bumper crop out there.
