Could not enjoy the grass area as it was infested with ground squirrels. The ground was so full of holes that it was dangerous to walk. Even our dog , when he went to do his business, tripped in a hole and fell down.

There was really no water this Fall to go swimming or using a boat. But it’s nice that there’s so much space to easily get any campsite. It was very nice and quiet though!

Camping toward the end of October there was no crowd. The grounds were very clean though the water level is extremely low.

Loved the quiet, large campground area. Not much grass as we'd hoped for. Instead he had tons of goathead thorns everywhere. It became an issue and constant dilemma removing them from everywhere possible.

This location is off the beaten path yet it's close enough to a small size city for convenience. Each site is very large. Shower and restroom facilities are clean.

Large area gives a sense of privacy. Wonderful mountains and hills surrounding makes it feel like your in the middle of nowhere.
