We stayed here to find a place to stay for a night, the showers where great! The restrooms clean and the site big. There was nothing much around but we enjoyed our stay.
There is no Verizon coverage but they have wifi at the entrance.
The camp host was really nice.

Great place, great facilities. Lake was good for fishing. Great camp for horses with one corral per site. Nice, soft trails for horses.

The campground is gorgeous. Although, site 5 says full shade it’s probably one of the least shadiest. But, we were able to switch to a different campsite no problem. The lake is also not as full as the pictures show. But you can still fish. The disc golf course is a 9 hole course and it’s awesome! Overall, it’s a very nice campsite, I would definitely recommend going there. It is also very quiet at night. Be careful for the fire ants! They’ll get ya! Would definitely go back and book again!

5 stars are only for the campsites (bathroom/shower) and the ranger host. It was Very Hot and the lake was pretty bare. Any swimholes that were found were filled with dead fish and smelly green algae. I would not recommend swimming in any part of this lake.

The campground was beautiful, but we were very disappointed to see that the water level was low and we were not able to swim. Also, the ranger told us to turn off our music even though it was mid day. The music was not inappropriate, the volume was low. Keep in mind we did not have any neighbors. Nevertheless, it is a very well kept site, bathroom was clean.

Nice size sites. Hosts and park rangers super kind. We were there when temps were over 100 each day. Electricity hookups were a must for us. Lake very low so not very exciting. Nice base for exploring Yosemite and Sequoia parks.

This place was wonderful! It was warm but there was a decent amount of shade. We ended up extending our stay twice! Quiet park, some fun wildlife to see, good amenities. Will definitely be back once it starts cooling off!
