Great place, great camp host J and Terri. Wild life around, turkeys, rabbits, mountain lion and fish jumping. Fun kayaking around lake, did it in two days at a slow pace. Will be back for sure

Decent campground for a longer stay. I used it as an overnighter and back to Hwy 99 which is a bit of a drive.

We had an amazing trip here. Staff were great! Loved our site it was very spacious. I would have given it 5/5 stars however our site was the only one that had cold running water and not the greatest shower pressure.

Small pretty campground. The dumpsite is before you enter the campground to the left. They have bathrooms with 1 shower in each. The lake was really low but you were able to still get to it. They lowered the ramp some for boats. Sites were level. W&E hookups. There is nothing out there, the closest store is about 35 mins away so make sure to get gas and stock up before heading out there.

The camp sites were very clean, trash was pickup regularly. The camp hosts were very attentive and even called us when they had not seen our vehicle in a couple of days.
We worried about snakes since we had two little ones and a dog, but we never saw any.
I would recommend this site

I really enjoy spending time at Codorniz Campground. I go at least once a month. It is a beautiful place to relax and be in connection with nature. Just be careful with the snakes, in my last visit I saw a snake moving across by the ground right in my campsite.
I recommend this place, just be respectful of nature.
