We stayed at Fallen Leaf Camp Ground, for two days in our RV. It was one of our best RV experiences due to the fact that this campground was such a pleasure to stay at. Extremely organized, easy with check in and everything about it was superb. We rode our bikes to the Baldwin Beach along the bike path, easy and beautiful scenery. The Fallen Leaf Lake has some of the most spectacular views.
Highly recommend this campground when visiting Lake Tahoe.

Love this campground, very clean and kept up with plenty of good campsites to choose from. Also, like the forest atmosphere and the lakes nearby. Always, have a good time camping here.

Very nice campground with spacious sites for the most part. Guaranteed to see bears but staff was actively nudging them out of the campground frequently. Highlight of the trip was a camp host named Martin! Genuinely nice guy, sincerely helpful and truly an ambassador for Fallen Leaf campground! We will be back and hope to camp in Martin’s section again!

Excellent staff at check in.
Accommodated request for moving to another location since there was a huge party with kids, disrupting the quiet and peace.
Rangers were called, but next day the commotion continued.
The location is fabulous. Site are well placed, but there needs to be better rules and communication of yelling and screaming during non-quiet hours too.

Site 183 requires walking farther to the picnic table and fire pit from the driveway compared to the sites nearby. And it is quite large allowing for more space between you and your neighbors. There’s a plenty of space to choose from to place your tent too.
