So it was level, and we were pleased with its location that we picked (#13). The people were friendly. Camp host was extremely friendly. good location would’ve been nice to have some hooks to hang clothes and towels when showering in the shower. Easy access to Nevada to get gas considering California. Gas is outrageous. That was a major turn off for my whole trip in California was being gouged for gas.

Beautiful campground and lake. The site said my spot was 30' but very tight. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bears were in abundance so suggest bells or sing loudly when walking the lakeside trails. Dumpsters and restrooms were fall apart. Very pleasant experience and will return

I really want to give this a bad review because I don't want it to get too popular! It was truly a beautiful place to stay. Large clean campsites, a crystal clear lake with good trails to hike around, and lots of good sticks for our pup to retrieve. Great facilities and really top-shelf host staff. Oh, and a local cinnamon bear momma with three cubs!
