The campground is clean and in good condition, but the management made it difficult to relax. When I first arrived, my assigned site still had tents left behind by the previous campers. I circled back to let the hosts know, and instead of resolving it, they told me to park my trailer there anyway and, if the campers returned, to tell them they were supposed to be out by noon. It felt like they shifted the problem onto me instead of handling it themselves.
Throughout my three-day stay, the hosts were constantly patrolling the campground on golf carts. At one point, they drove past my site seven times in twenty minutes. It never felt peaceful because they were always circling, looking for reasons to stop. Since there are multiple hosts who don’t seem to coordinate, I was questioned repeatedly about the same things. A friend of mine with car trouble arrived late at night, and by 7:30 the next morning several hosts had already shown up separately to ask about him and check whether his car was fully on the pavement.
The location itself is fine, but the overbearing and uncoordinated behavior of the hosts overshadowed the positives. Instead of feeling welcomed, it often felt like we were being watched and corrected. While the grounds are well kept, the experience wasn’t enjoyable, and I don’t plan to return.
