What Guests Are Saying
Nevada Beach Campground is highly praised for its stunning location near Lake Tahoe, clean facilities, and friendly staff, particularly campground hosts Adam and Janet. Campers enjoy the beautiful combination of sandy beaches and pine forests, as well as the peaceful atmosphere, especially during the shoulder season. While reservations can be challenging to secure and some amenities, like restrooms, need improvement, the overall experience is characterized by cleanliness and a welcoming environment, making it a favorite for many.

Nevada Beach is a wonderful place to camp. Close to Lake Tahoe beach, clean bathrooms , available water. The best part are the bike trails. We rode our bike right into Town. Great place and will stay again.

Loved this campground. We got in because of a cancellation, so I recommend checking the site periodically for openings. Really liked campsite #31. It's close to the bathroom, and dog beach. The area is clean, and there's lots of space for our dog. Distant view of the lake through trees and campsite across the way. Didn't use picnic bench because it was too far from our van, and it is cemented to the ground. Bear box was clean and great to have. Our first night we used the larger toilet building - there were no lights around the building, and inside the toilet closet, so you need to bring a lantern or headlamp to be hands free. Two things I wished it had: shower; and electric hookup. I'd pay extra for these amenities. We glamp with electric cooking devices that draw a lot of power from our lithium batteries, so shore power would be nice to have. Otherwise, this place is awesome for REAL campers.

Camp host was very helpful, helping me complete the online reservation after I had difficulties with my phone while traveling on my way.
