The campground is excellently maintained. The distance to the Lake is easily walkable. Last Fall I easily took my wife in a wheelchair to a wonderful dinner at Sunnyside. At the first of the camping and the very ending of the season this site cannot be beat. We have lived and camped with friends and family for over 40 years and this is our favorite spot. Miles of bike and hiking trails. Walkable to North Lake Tahoe with all of it's charm.

Nice place. Quaint setup among the neighbors. Lake access across the highway, small so grab a spot early. No cleaning stations for dishes tho, which means have to clean at site.

The experience was good with the exception of some noisy neighbors and mosquitoes. I have been camping there for a few years now and have not experienced mosquitoes as I did this trip.

Good place and close the beach. It will be better if more bathrooms and showers available.
