Spot 008 is legit. A short walk to the beach. Great atmosphere.

Spacious campsite with multiple tent sites. About a 10 minute walk to the lake and lots of activities nearby. Friendly hosts with firewood available for purchase. A bit of a walk to the bathrooms but they were well kept and clean. Other sites are fairly close but not on top of yours. Despite being close to the residences they were hardly visible.

I stayed at this campsite for three nights, and it as always very clean. It is across the street from lake access and a general store which I found very fun and convenient. All of the camp hosts I interacted with were always kind and helpful.

Hosts let campers run their generators until 1am. Tents & campers are cramped together so you will fall asleep to the sound of generators. Also, the hosts rushed us out of our site at 10am! We were packing up our truck and had them come in complaining by we didnβt through away our water bottle? I replied that we werenβt even leaving for 30 minutes because weβre still packing up. The lady came out of her golf cart and told us sheβs going to start raking our site up while weβre there. Excuse you, check out is at 12pm - I donβt want to enjoy my morning coffee with a rude camp host. I reiterated that we were not done and wouldnβt be for a while. The man got the hint and told the lady to get back in the golf cart. Annoying pushy nosey hosts here!!! That wonβt let you enjoy your experience peacefully.

Camp hosts Ed and Julie were amazing--kind and helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay better. We stayed in site 59 which was great for our mid sized travel trailer and there were lots of trees in the campground which made a lovely ambiance. The bathrooms had running water and even soap, and the campground is conveniently located close to the shore of Lake Tahoe. It was pretty quiet (after quiet hours) considering it's close to a road. Would stay here again.

Stayed in yurt 2 & 80. We liked the site at 2 better b/c it had a little creek. Perfect for kids to explore. Itβs a little close to the road so you could hear cars pass by but not really a big deal. Great campground hosts!
