Overall a great trip with lots of space in between spots to play. We stayed in 43 and 44. The spots can handle a 20 foot trailer, but the tow vehicle was not able to fit in 44 because there is no room for over hang (a tree behind it). It was close enough to the things we wanted to do and there is a tiny beach across the highway if you want to get in the lake.

Enjoyed the location since it was close to town and the clean side of Tahoe. Still felt surrounded and crowded by people. The cleaner or camp host, an older guy, was extremely rude throughout our trip and especially on check out day. Almost as if he was personally targeting us. We were out of our site by 12:02 and he did about 20 circles around our camp and verbally yelled at us to hurry up and get out 3 different times all starting around 10am. He threatened us saying he’d be charging for another day since we were 2 min past checkout time. He seems like the type of person who needs a job nowhere near people. He also yelled at me when I used the restroom with my service animal, stating that animals aren’t allowed in restrooms. It’s a service animal, if you need to see a doctors note that I need her when I use the restroom I would have been happy to provide it. The bathrooms had leaky toilets, garbage overflowing and no soap. We left the site cleaner than we found it and will not be returning.

Yurt really going to love staying in this park. The "beach" across the street is about a 300 foot stretch of pebbly coastline, just FYI.

I have been going to the Campground, sounds, forever. There is nothing bad about, except, there are never paper towels.
Location is excellent and the sites are plentiful.

We really enjoyed our time camping here. I was nervous about the reviews about the noise from the road but it really wasn’t bad at all! Definitely a new experience camping so close to homes but I think if you find an interior spot then that shouldn’t be a negative factor!

The bathrooms could be cleaned more often.
I was given a parking pass & campground information. I went to the assigned campsite and previous tenants haven't left yet. Gave them an hour grace period and parked my car in the campground overflow parking at the entrance. Left to get lunch, came back and got a ticket. They didn't see my car parking pass. Really annoyed by that.
