Excellent site layouts and camp hosts, campground is tight to the neighborhood so it does feel a bit like you're in someone's backyard.

Convenient location, beach, store, rental locations all right outside the campground. Great hosts - firewood for sale yes - Very poor/ no Verizon or ATT network.
Active juvenile bear in the area right now - we saw it in the evening roaming around at the campsites with many people around so be aware...
all sites on the periphery share a fence with houses so not so intimate a camping experience but thats what you should expect for being so close to amenities i guess in Tahoe area :)

Space is located near restrooms that were clean and hand sanitizer was available. We were pleased with experience.

Convenient location for biking, restaurants, rafting, lake access. Surrounded by residences but looks woodsy. RV dump location poor, traffic can be blocked.
