What Guests Are Saying
Azalea Campground offers a beautiful natural setting with ample shaded and spacious sites, making it ideal for families and groups. Many campers enjoyed the proximity to trails, visitor centers, and stunning views of the surrounding giant sequoias. While some noted issues with bathroom cleanliness and site proximity, the overall experience was positive, with a strong desire to return for the peaceful atmosphere and convenient location between Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks.

Azalea campground was available as first come first serve during April. Check in was easy. Scan the QR, follow instructions for reserving your campsite, and then hit the road to see all of the wonderful places in Sequoia NP.

Great campgrounds. Sites are spread out nicely so you aren’t right next to your neighbors. Very beautiful!

Amazing camping in walking distance to General Sherman! We stayed at #58 spot and absolutely loved it! Felt like we’re staying all by ourselves in a forest.

Great campground. Not all of the sites are level but #6 was good for our 22' campervan. The vibe is quiet and the views are beautiful beneath the tall trees.
