Beautiful spot! We were unsure with the negative ratings but loved our spot and the view! Will be back!

The shower/ bathroom situation was beyond disgusting. Stayed fri-sat nights and drove up to the park to day hike both days. As tent campers we were hoping to use the showers but it was a total biohazard. There was feces and used toilet paper literally on the floor. The garbage can inside the bathroom (2ft away from the shower) was overflowing with used toilet paper TO THE BRIM. There is no divider between the toilet and actual shower. No where to hang clothes or a towel or even anywhere not filthy to put down anything in the bathroom/ shower. We noticed most of the bathrooms were closed and only two actual flushing toilets were operating, it was portapottys for a FULL campground. At $20 a night i guess you just have to deal with it?! Sad what these campgrounds have become. Especially when our california tax dollars go to fund these places.

Nice lots, well kept, amazing views, port-a-potties are cleaner than many I have used. Decent amount of distance between neighbors. Will be coming back again for our next Sequoia trip.

Restrooms and showers were closed with no notice before going to site.
No employee available.
Space was very uneven and too uncomfortable to sleep on.
Camp spots were too narrow and too close.
Very dissatisfied.
I will not no back and will not recommend it.

Fantastic park but the spots can get quite small for a big fifth wheel. Do your research and you’ll be fine!

I had high expectations, but I have to give it one star. The location is really beautiful — such a shame. When we arrived, the toilets and showers were broken and not working, which is a real problem for those staying in tents. The pitch was on a slope, making it impossible to sleep in a tent, and the grill was full of rust with parts falling off, so cooking was impossible. In the end, we had to change campsites.
