Fun place to camp. Our campsite was close to the highway so we heard a lot of car noise but bathrooms were clean and there was a lot of wood to collect for campfires.

Lovely Campground and beautiful colors. Unfortunately, toilets weren’t available and on two separate occasions neighbors were noisy with one using power tools and another had a generator on for the entire evening.

Late fall the camp is quiet, with very few visitors. Sad to see many of the trees are dead from the summer drought but still provide some shade.
Short drive to Three Rivers from the camp to one of the best sandwich shops in California, Sierra Subs and Salads, a must try.
Showers and restrooms to the west are still out of service as of 12/2024

Each campsite was clean and tidy and well laid out. Showers / toilets were closed and locked at our end of the camp and 3 porta potties were there. These were pretty clean but bring your own toilet paper. There was no running water or sinks at our end of the camp at all so we didn’t wash dishes and or shower for our two nights. At the other end of the camp all but one shower was broken at the other and the working one was cold only and you had to hold a button to get the water to flow.
There was a lot of road noise with the highway being obviously close but also busy.

The campground host was very friendly. It's a beautiful campgroud. Close proximity to Sequoia National Park. There is not a lot of amenities but that is fine for what we wanted. The campsites are spacious. You can hear cars driving up to Sequoia but I didn't mind. 1-2 cell phone bars for ATT. We would stay there again.
Thanks!!
